Profile of an EWAS Teacher

• B.A., preferably in early childhood education
  
  
• TESOL certificate from reputable institution
  
  
• Native English speaker or non-native English speaker with a high level of spoken English 
  
  
• Elementary school or kindergarten teaching experience or other relevant experience working with children (youth groups, Scouts)
  
  
• Personality: outgoing, friendly uninhibited, warm, energetic
  
  
• Age: between 22 and 40
  
  
• Advantages: sing or play an instrument, act, experience teaching ESL
