If you have solid business experience, strong marketing skills, access to decision-makers in education, then launching an English With A Smile (EWAS) franchise will help you start on the path of operating a successful English language business. EWAS is looking for area franchisers with —

an excellent understanding of the designated geographic area (DGA) education market;

the financial ability to build and maintain a strong business; and

the ability to acquire all legal licenses, permissions and approvals from the relevant government agencies to be engaged in the management and operations of learning centers in the DGA.
An advantage is a license to hire foreign teachers within the DGA and background in English or in English language education.

Package Components

EWAS Teacher Training: Intensive, highly professional orientation workshop (theory and practice); continuing teacher education through periodic workshops.

Annual review and validation of the EWAS franchise program conducted by EWAS supervisory teachers. After the first year of operation, additional teacher training sessions are provided by EWAS on a fee basis.
